Materials and</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. Retrospective comparative pharmacoeconomic study; cost-minimization analysis and budget-impact analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The present analysis shows that the 12-month direct medical costs for the treatment of asthma using vilanterol / fluticasone furoate and budesonide / formoterol are 29,276 and 40,447 RUR per patient, respectively. The direct costs of treatment with vilanterol / fluticasone furoate are less than those for budesonide / formoterol by 28%. The annual health budget savings that result from replacing budesonide / formoterol by vilanterol / fluticasone furoate are 1,151,512,731 RUR per 100,000 patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The present results indicate that the vilanterol / fluticasone furoate FDC is preferable (more beneficial) as compared with the budesonide / formoterol FDC. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Практический интерес представляет сравнение фиксированных комбинаций вилантерол + флутиказона фуроат и будесонид + формотерол для определения наиболее предпочтительной комбинации с целью контроля бронхиальной астмы с позиции фармакоэкономики.</p><p>Цель исследования – определить, какая комбинация фиксированных ингаляционных кортикостероидов и длительно действующих бета-агонистов для лечения астмы является экономически преимущественной в России для лечения бронхиальной астмы средней или тяжелой степени персистирующего течения.</p><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Ретроспективное сравнительное фармакоэкономическое исследование, анализ минимизации затрат и анализ влияния на бюджет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сумма прямых медицинских затрат при использовании фиксированных комбинаций вилантерол + флутиказона фуроат и будесонид + формотерол на одного пациента в год составила 29 276 и 40 447 руб., соответственно. Применение фиксированной комбинации вилантерол + флутиказона фуроат приводит к снижению суммы прямых медицинских затрат на 28% по сравнению с препаратом сравнения. При замене фиксированной комбинации будесонид + формотерол на вилантерол + флутиказона фуроат у 100 000 пациентов с бронхиальной астмой в РФ экономия бюджета здравоохранения составит примерно 1 151 512 731 руб.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение.
