Helminthiases remain a significant medical and social concern, necessitating rational pharmaceutical supply and regular analysis of the available range of anthelmintic drugs.</p>
<title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To perform a content analysis of the range of anthelmintic drugs registered on the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Uzbekistan and assess its structure, changes over time, and key trends from2016 to 2025.</p>
<title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study was based on data from the State Register of Medicines and Medical Devices of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2016–2025, officially finalized as of 2025. Content, structural, comparative, and trend analyses, as well as descriptive statistics, were used. The medicines were analyzed by international nonproprietary name (INN), dosage form, country of origin, and manufacturer.</p>
<title>Results</title><p>Results. During the study period, the range of anthelmintic drugs underwent substantial structural changes and showed a trend toward ationalization. The total number of registered medicines decreased from 72 INNs in 2016 to 35 INNs in 2025. The range consisted mainly of drugs from domestic and foreign manufacturers, with drugs from CIS countries accounting for only a small proportion. Approximately 50% of anthelmintic drugs contained albendazole. Oral dosage forms were the most common, particularly tablets and suspensions.</p>
<title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The findings indicate a shift toward a more rational structure of the anthelmintic drugs range on the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The identified trends inform the planning of drug supply and subsequent pharmacoeconomic studies.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>антигельминтные лекарственные средства</kwd><kwd>фармацевтический рынок</kwd><kwd>контент-анализ</kwd><kwd>ассортимент лекарственных средств</kwd><kwd>лекарственные формы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>anthelmintic drugs</kwd><kwd>pharmaceutical market</kwd><kwd>content analysis</kwd><kwd>range of medicines</kwd><kwd>dosage forms</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Куприянова Н. В. и др.
