No systematic data are currently available on long-term trends in the product range, prices, and supply structure of antithrombotic drugs in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which hinders pharmaceutical supply planning.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective:  To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the antithrombotic drug market in the Republic of Uzbekistan covering the period 2010–2024.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. This study presents the first multi-parametric analysis of the antithrombotic drug market in the Republic of Uzbekistan over a 15-year period. The analysis evaluated registration trends, supply volumes, price ranges, manufacturing countries, and the pharmacoeconomic characteristics of antithrombotic agents. Data were obtained from the State Register of Medicines, Medical Devices, and Medical Equipment, published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the Drugs Audit system. Methodological approaches included product range analysis, trend analysis, price analysis, calculation of the compound annual growth rate (CAGR), and correlation analysis (Pearson correlation coefficient, p&lt;0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The assortment of antithrombotic drugs expanded from 53 to 141 trade names over the period under review, with an average of approximately 50% entering active commercial circulation. Supply volumes increased 6.6-fold, peaking at 12.19 million packages (2020), followed by a decline (CAGR: −8.03%). Although imported products account for 83% of the product range, the share of domestic manufacturers has increased since 2017. The leading International Nonproprietary Names in the market include acetylsalicylic acid, enoxaparin, and clopidogrel; the market share of rivaroxaban is growing.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The antithrombotic drug market in the Republic of Uzbekistan has become more diversified, yet it remains import-dependent. The findings of this study can be used to inform public policy and procurement planning.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><sec><title>Актуальность</title><p>Актуальность. Систематизированная информация о долгосрочных изменениях ассортимента, цен и структуры поставок антитромботических препаратов в Республике Узбекистан отсутствует, что затрудняет планирование лекарственного обеспечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: провести комплексный анализ фармацевтического рынка антитромботических препаратов в Республике Узбекистан за 2010–2024 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведено первое многопараметрическое исследование рынка антитромботических средств в Узбекистане за 15 лет. Выполнена оценка динамики регистрации, объемов поставок, ценового диапазона, стран-производителей и фармакоэкономических характеристик антитромботических средств. Использованы данные Государственного реестра лекарственных средств, изделий медицинского назначения и медицинской техники, опубликованные Министерством здравоохранения Республики Узбекистан и системы Drugs Audit. Применены ассортиментный, динамический, ценовой анализ, расчет среднегодовых темпов роста (англ. compound annual growth rate, CAGR), корреляционный анализ (критерий Пирсона, p&lt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Ассортимент антитромботических препаратов за рассматриваемый период вырос с 53 до 141 позиций, причем в среднем в реальный оборот на рынок поступает около 50%. Объем поставок увеличился в 6,6 раза, пик – 12,19 млн упаковок (2020 г.), далее произошло снижение (CAGR –8,03%). Импортные средства составляют 83% ассортимента, но после 2017 г. доля отечественных производителей возросла. Лидеры по международным непатентованным наименованиям: ацетилсалициловая кислота, эноксапарин, клопидогрел; доля ривароксабана на рынке растет.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Рынок антитромботических препаратов в Узбекистане диверсифицировался, но сохраняется импортозависимость.
